Mentorship manager

The Mentorship Manager, closely working with the Incubator Manager and UNDP ISIP Manager, will be responsible for structuring and growing the mentorship program that Google, Inc. developed with PhilDev. His/her role will include spearheading initial efforts to recruit a pool of highly experienced mentors from a broad range of business and technology backgrounds. At a day-to-day level, the Mentorship Manager will help run and build PhilDev’s mentorship program.

incubator manager

The Incubator Manager, closely working with the Mentorship Manager and UNDP ISIP Manager will be responsible for spearheading efforts to strategize and implement the PhilDev Incubation/Acceleration program with partner institutions; organize a selection committee and strengthen criteria for selection; recruit and select at least 24 mature social enterprises with high potential to operate independently and scale up; mentor the incubatee startups in developing their products to a stage ready for investment by potential investors; manage incubator facilities, trainers, professional staff and associated budget.

Isip Program coordinator

The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has partnered with PhilDev to implement the Innovation for Social Impact Project (ISIP) that runs for 36 months, January 2018-December 2020. The goal is to accelerate the formation of technology-based social enterprises that address multi-sectoral needs and that are scalable and globally competitive, while answering domestic and regional needs. The Project Coordinator shall provide technical, administrative, and logistical support to the UNDP ISIP Manager in the efficient and effective conduct of the project.
