Program Director

A Program Director, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of an organizational initiative, including hiring staff, managing the budget, and advertising the program to stakeholders. Their duties include setting the scope of the program, setting deadlines and delegating tasks to team members. The Program Director is expected to supervise a wide range of programs in PhilDev. S/He will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program. S/He will supervise managers/officers and inform management on progress and performance. S/he is expected to have a broad knowledge of program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.

Program Coordinator

In close liaison with the Program Director, the Program Coordinator ensures successful implementation of the project by supporting the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and stakeholder interaction. The Project Coordinator will act as the first line of support for initial startup service setup that handles the overall administrative responsibilities as required by the project. The Program Coordinator will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. The ability to motivate others and keep them on task in a positive and encouraging manner is also a must-have skill in this position.
