Philippine S&T Development – Manila, Inc. (PhilDev) is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Project-Based Program CoordinatorΒ to support our mission of eradicating poverty through technology-based education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Role Highlights

  • As Project-Based Program Coordinator, you will:
  • Provide logistical, administrative, financial, procurement, monitoring, and technical support for program implementation
  • Arrange accommodations, transportation, meals, and materials for program events and activities
  • Facilitate communication among program participants, vendors, partners, and stakeholders Process cash advances, liquidate expenses, track budgets, and conduct supplier research for procurement
  • Support workshop preparations and co-facilitate selected training sessions or orientations
  • Collect and organize monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data to track program outcomes

Program Intern

π–πžβ€™π«πž 𝐇𝐒𝐫𝐒𝐧𝐠: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧

Philippine S&T Development – Manila, Inc. (PhilDev) is looking for a Program Intern to support our mission of eradicating poverty through technology-based education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

𝐑𝐨π₯𝐞 𝐇𝐒𝐠𝐑π₯𝐒𝐠𝐑𝐭𝐬

As part of your program Internship learning opportunity, you will:

βœ”οΈ Support program administration by maintaining participant databases, attendance logs, digital files, and program trackers

βœ”οΈ Assist in event logistics, participant registration, supplier outreach, and preparation of activity documents

βœ”οΈ Provide supervised on-site or virtual support during workshops, training sessions, meetings, and special events

βœ”οΈ Track participant communications, send reminders for pre- and post-activity evaluations, and draft program updates

βœ”οΈ Gather qualitative and quantitative information for activity reports, evaluations, and post-event documentation

βœ”οΈ Complete assigned learning outputs, including a supervised task stream and a final reflection paper or learning article

βœ”οΈ Support for wider development advocacy of PhilDev on poverty alleviation and nation building

π–π‘πšπ­ π–πžβ€™π«πž 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐀𝐒𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

πŸŽ“ Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Education, Business Administration, Development Studies, Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field (Minimum of 200 required internship hours).

πŸ› οΈ Skills: Good organizational, documentation, written and verbal communication, and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

🌱 Mindset & Fit: Willing to learn, receive feedback, take initiative, and complete tasks under supervision; interest in innovation, technopreneurship, startup ecosystems, education, and development work is an advantage.
